30-Day Grape Fast Journal – Workbook – Coloring Pages

GF27 – Celebrate Your 30-Day Grape Fast Progress

You’ve done something remarkable. Today, celebrate your ongoing 30 days of commitment, courage, and self-care. And don’t worry if you haven’t made it. Food noise or using food to self-medicate, and so on, can interfere with our ideal diet. Celebrate the impulse and effort made. If we fall off the horse, we get back on again when we can. Then we go again! Keep going.

GF26 – Standing at the Threshold of Renewal

You are very close to completion of your 30-Day Grape Fast. Today, notice any feelings about the fast ending and give them a safe place to land. Use your journal or a piece of paper to draw a picture of yourself. Maybe draw your Inner Child or another part of your psyche. You are doing great things. Keep going!

GF25 – Overflowing Gratitude for Heart Healing

“Whether you realize it or not, you have lived many lives, and each one has left an indelible mark on your soul.”

― Simple Abundance: 365 Days to a Balanced and Joyful Life by Sarah Ban Breathnach

Gratitude can be incredibly healing as a practice, especially if done regularly, all by itself. Today, let it overflow onto the pages of your journal.

GF24 – Planning Your Post-Fast Transition

You are in the home stretch of your 30-Day Grape Fast. Your body has been given a break from whatever it is that you were eating before. Perhaps you were eating excessive processed food, or just more complicated meals without regard to food combining. Your cleanse is nearing completion. Begin gently planning how you’ll reintroduce foods and carry your new habits forward.

GF23 – Reflect on Your Journey So Far

You’ve come a long way, baby. What a tremendous accomplishment if you have made it to day 23 of your grape fast following a water fast. Today, take a wide view of your journey and write about who you were then and who you are now. You may like to watch videos online of others who have successfully grape fasted. Inspiration is all over the place. It truly is possible for you to grow, learn and change. You can do it!

GF22 – Feel Your Energy Rising

You may notice more lightness and inner space. Today, observe and describe how your energy feels now compared to when you began. And remember, if you can’t face fresh grapes, raisins are your friend. Some of us detox huge amounts of mucus from the head, and that can drain down from the sinuses through the throat and into the stomach and create incredible nausea. Eating dry raisins, or warmed, re-hydrated raisins, can help you get through detox symptoms without breaking your fast. You can do this!

GF21 – Drink Water Like a Sacred Ritual

Turn drinking or sipping your water into a sacred ritual of every day self-care. Today, let every sip remind you that you’re choosing health, wellness, and self-love. Do some people drink green tea or lemon water while on a grape fast or other cleanse. They do. What is key is for you to take care of yourself, to nurture yourself, and for some people that means a cup of green tea. Remember to check with your qualified, licensed health care provider before starting a fast, cleanse, or special diet. Self love is the first love!

GF20 – Coloring as Mindful Meditation

You can support your life, and especially a cleanse, by doing meditative activities such as coloring. Coloring is also a chance to invite creativity to support your healing. Today, let coloring be a moving meditation that calms your nervous system.

GF18 – Deep Listening: What Is Your Body Saying?

Your body is always speaking. Today, listen more deeply and write down what you hear. And if you experience nausea on an extended grape fast, consider eating raisins, or re-hydrated, warm raisins, or you can even make a grape mousse out of blended, whipped raisins.
