BONUS – Grape Fast with a Friend

Have you ever tried something new with the support of a friend on the same journey and found the task much easier? Healing is often sweeter when shared. Invite a friend to join you next time and pass along the support you received. If you don’t have a friend who wants to cleanse, you might find someone in a raw vegan group online who would love to do a grape fast with you. Give it a try, as you might be pleasantly surprised! PGF1 – Gentle Reintroduction: Day 1

Unless you have chosen to extend your grape fast, then today is the day that you begin your gentle introduction to foods other than grapes. If a good causes symptoms, then revisit your ideas about what your ideal diet might be. Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing great things.
