On Post Grape Fast Day 3, turn your beautiful attention toward the long view. Your grape fast has hopefully given you incredible experiences, insights, and new habits.
Now ask yourself and answer in your journal:
“What do I want to bring with me into my regular life and diet?”
Maybe it’s drinking more water, eating simpler whole foods, green raw vegan meals, could be you plan to take time to journal regularly, or perhaps you will be listening more closely to your body’s messages.
You might like to write a “Post-Fast Agreement” with yourself—a very short, loving list of 2–3 practices or attitudes you want to keep and follow.
This can be easy. They don’t have to be intense, complicated, or hard practices; they just need to be true for you in terms of what is easy that benefits you. This becomes your personal plan or guide to living the beautiful wisdom that you gained, long after the grapes are gone.
