Grape Fast Day 18 – Deep Listening to Your Body’s Messages

By Grape Fast Day 18, you’ve built a daily habit of paying attention. Today, deepen that practice. Several times throughout the day, pause and ask, “Body, what are you trying to tell me right now?” Then tune in: notice your breath, tension, comfort, cravings, or fatigue.

In your journal, write down these messages as if your body were a friend speaking to you. It might “say” things like, “I need more rest,” “Thank you for the water,” or “Please slow down.” Respond with your own words of care and commit to one small action that honors what you hear. This two-way conversation is at the heart of lasting healing.
