On Grape Fast Day 19, treat your journal like a map. Look back at your symptom trackers, mood notes, and hydration logs from the beginning of the cleanse. See if you can spot trends: maybe headaches lessened after a certain day, mood steadied when sleep improved, or bloating eased with better water intake.

On a fresh page, or a piece of paper, summarize the benefits or positive changes that you have noticed. You might write, “My digestion improved around GF10,” or “My mood is better when I rest in the afternoon.” These insights are incredibly valuable because they show you how your unique body responds—not just what a protocol says should happen.
