Welcome to Grape Fast Day 1! Congratulations on loving yourself enough to feed yourself living foods.

On GF1, you step into a simpler way of eating: grapes, water, and a lot of listening. Eat slowly and mindfully, noticing the sweetness, texture, and juiciness in each bite. Take a “before” photo and record how you feel—physically and emotionally—in your journal. This gives you a baseline you can look back on later.

If doubt or resistance arises, let it be part of your healing story rather than a reason to stop. Write down what feels hard and then respond to yourself with incredible compassion. Your job today isn’t to be perfect, no one can be that; it’s simply to show up for yourself, one handful of grapes at a time.
