GF2 – Early Detox: Trusting the Healing Process
By GF2, your body is starting to understand that something different is happening. You might feel lighter, or you might feel a bit tired or emotional as detox begins. Instead of worrying, use your journal to capture what you experience: energy level, symptoms, mood, and any cravings. Seeing this on paper prevents your mind from exaggerating and helps you recognize patterns later.
Bring in some playfulness by coloring a grape page while breathing slowly. Let your coloring time be a place where you don’t need to analyze anything—just soften and allow. You can write a simple reminder at the bottom of the page: “My body knows how to heal; I’m learning to listen and trust.”
