Water Fast Reset Before the Grapes
Your water fast is the doorway into the 30-day Grape Fast. During these 2–3 days, your body shifts from constantly digesting to resting and repairing. Sip clean water throughout the day and notice how you feel as your system quiets. Use the water fast pages in your journal to log how much you drink, your energy level, your mood, and any physical sensations.
If you experience mild headaches, tiredness, or emotional waves, remember this is part of the reset process. Write honestly about how you feel and note what helps: resting, deep breathing, or simply reminding yourself that this is temporary. When you are ready to transition to grapes, write a short promise to yourself about how you want to move through the next 30 days—with curiosity, kindness, and trust.
