By GF4, you’ve stayed with grapes for several days and are approaching your first full week. This is the perfect time to reflect. Turn back to GF1 in your journal and read through your notes. What has changed in your sleep, digestion, mood, or clarity since then? What surprised you about yourself?

On a fresh page, write a short reflection titled “My First Week.” List what felt hard, what felt supportive, and what you’re proud of. These early reflections help you see that healing is a journey, not a single moment—and they give future-you encouragement when you look back.
