GF28 – Deepening the Grape Rhythm

On Grape Fast Day 28, you’re not transitioning off the cleanse—you’re still fully in it. By now, the basic rhythm of grape meals, water, and rest is familiar. Today, play with refinement, not change. Notice when you feel best: after smaller, more frequent grape meals or after slightly larger portions with more time between? Gently adjust your timing or quantity and see what your body tells you.

Use your journal to map the shape of your day:
Note the time and amount of grapes at each feeding.
Jot down your energy, mood, and symptoms two hours later.
Mark any windows where you feel especially clear, calm, or strong.

Let this be a day of fine-tuning. You’re learning how your unique body dances with this protocol. Trust that every observation—pleasant or uncomfortable—is useful information that can guide you if you ever choose to do another grape fast in the future.
